We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right opposite the beach which was huge and in a lovely quiet area. The service was top-notch, with room service and all the amenities we could ask for. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering a buffet breakfast and delicious meals. The leisure facilities were also great, with a spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and even a night club for entertainment. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families.
One minor drawback was that the hotel was quite lost and not easy to find. However, this was easily overcome with a bit of navigation and did not take away from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

A few steps away from the restaurant chiringuito la sonrisa. The hotel was really close to punta del moral. A pleasant stay in Isla Canela.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel located right by the beautiful and unspoiled beach in this quiet area. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the pool and breakfast. The location to the marina area of this city was a short walking distance, where many bars and restaurants were available. This city has definitely not been commercialized yet. The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff were excellent.

The hotel is located near a beautiful beach with dunes and a sheltered area by the sea. the rooms are clean and tidy with a choice of grilled seafood dishes during lunch and dinner. There are facilities such as mini-golf, indoor pool, and playground for children. the beach bar serves beer and tapas at affordable prices.
The hotel staff could have been more accommodating with requests such as extra sheets and repairing a faulty safety deposit box.

Good food options and friendly staff. Great pool area and beautiful views from the rooms. The location is also convenient for business travelers.
The hotel was overcrowded and noisy, making it difficult to relax or work in peace. The lack of English speaking staff made communication difficult at times and the children's activities were only suitable for Spanish speaking children.

Great pool area and pool service. Good range of drinks offered throughout the day, and snacks were a nice touch. Location for beach access was excellent: only a short walk away.
The food wasn't as good as expected for the price and rating. Limited variation of food and not enough options for vegetarians.
